Helix/HX Effects Firmware Update Instructions - Please Read before posting a new thread!
NOTE: Because of the size and complexity of the 2.8 update, the update instructions are slightly different. Please refer to this link:
1. Open up the existing version of HX Edit and create a backup of your device. It's probably a good idea to create backups of your individual setlists and IRs as a secondary backup. Close HX Edit.
2. Download and install HX Edit from the "Downloads" link above. THIS IS THE ONLY THING YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD!

This is now normal behaviour for Apple Mac Operating Systems - you have just encountered the “Gatekeeper” which is built into the OS to protect you from malware.
