Can't back up HX effects with HX Edit

I'm on firmware 2.60 (which bricked my unit when I installed and had to do a factory reset at the beginning of an important recording session)...So now I'm pretty keen to back up my newly re-made presets but get the error message of a timeout when trying to retrieve the preset names error code 8212.

I had the same error code and resolved by restarting the upload over and over until it finally completed successfully.
