Helix Mic - How To Make Default Windows Recording Device

I have been fiddling around with my Helix lately trying to get it to be my sole audio interface for my PC. I have an AT2035 condenser microphone plugged into the Helix, and what I would like to do is set the microphone output as my default Windows recording device so I can use it in applications like Skype or Discord. I haven't been able to figure this out yet. I see that I have a Line6 "Digital Audio Interface" listed in my recording devices. I have phantom power turned on, I bumped up the mic level thinking it was just low be default, but I am still not getting anything.

Is there a way to achieve this?
