Old purchased TonePort UX2

Hi, I purchased a TONE PORT UX2 quite some time ago, created and registered it then and used it very infrequently since, mainly due to the fact my desktop p.c. was not capable of my expectations. I have recently bought a custom built desktop but can't remember my login details or any info that is able to let me access up to date software and drivers. I created a new account, from which I'm posting this. I not very tech savvy and this is really frustrating me because I want to dive in and learn but this first hurdle is very disheartening. Has anyone got any suggestions on how to get me up and running? Thank you. Ian

You would be best to open a support ticket with line6, explaining the situation. They will be able to reauthorize the device to your new account or help you with the old account. 

Log in to your new account, at line6.com and on the account page, there will be a a section saying about opening a suppirt ticket
