eado74
Hi, I have a Spider Valve 112 and a floorboard plugged in. The pedalboard has decided to stop working. I have tried the floor board in another amp exactly the same and also my pod and it fires up ok. Im assuming this means I have a faulty connection at the amp end. Anyone know the voltages I should be getting down the pins of the FBV connection? Heres what I got...white/orange - 0v, orange - 9v, white/green - 0v, blue - 0v,white blue - 9v, green - 3.2v, white/brown - 3.2v and brown 0v. Is a faulty socket a likely cause or could this be software related? Just checked output on pins on the pod and its 8.2v on every pin. (the pedal works fine on this) I appreciate any help in this matter. Cheers
cgtrox
Also try an aerosol "office supply" cleaner that blows out any debris from the amp jack before sending it to the repair shop. cgtrox B)
eado74
Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately allready tried that. Ill have to open it up and check the socket inside amp i think. Anybody else experienced this problem?
