chrispdyer7
I was playing a gig, and the unit suddenly looked like it does now in the pick. The main screen is black, and the foot switch displays are just a solid color and no words. I have tried to do a reset many times doing different approaches (9 & 10, 6 and 12), etc.. nothing happens and the computer never recognizes the unit. I also tried without the usb cord. Help!!! rhoneamv
Hello, Where you able to find a solution to this problem? I have the rack unit and it is doing the same thing. I didn't have any issues with an update my unit was working the day before.

Yep, and my beer fridge has just stopped functioning. It’s an electronic device, and as such, these things are prone to failure. If you Helix Rack has died, and you cannot resurrect it, raise a ticket with Customer Support. Hope this helps/makes sense.
