Is there a difference if I used the 1/4 cable route or L6 link cables? Is there a better sound? Would it be easier to create a Stereo patch within my helix using L6 cables? Thanks! Ed_Saxman Posted September 21, 2018 Share Posted September 21, 2018 All you need is a 110 Ohms AES/EBU cable, not necessarily branded "Line 6". No experience with powercabs but my Stagesource L2T sounds better using the L6 Link route. Way less electric noise/hum (or even not at all, when using Variax+Helix+Stagesource).
