Juxreal
Greetings from Germany, since I have not only my guitar but also my vocals over my helix rack run it would be great for the live performances if I can spend a DSP track on XLR left and spend the other on XLR right. Then my signal paths are symmetrical and I do not need to fumble around with PAN Settings. Out Put Menu XLR XLR left XLR Right
rvroberts
I'm sorry - what is your problem? This is very easy to do - You have 2 main signal paths. You can make the input of one guitar and the other Mic. You can pan the outputs of each path, so one can be hard left and one hard right. That means you will get guitar out of one and vocal out of the other. No problem as far as I can see? You can put a few basic effects (say compressor and mic EQ) you always use in each path and save it to use as a template for all your patches. Neat and easy. Are you asking something else I'm not getting from your post?
rvroberts
By the way, there is a mic preamp too if you want to experiment with it - it's in the preamps - you normally see guitar preamps, but there is a mic button and a studio preamp model there - some say it's pretty good - never tried it with vocals though - worth a look. Juxreal
This ist more a "Style" Problem than a technical issue. If the Menu Shows XLR Out Put, XLR Left and XLR Right ( i See No Problem, If the menu Just fix the Pan to the specific Side), i can recall a years old setting and the direct the right Outputs.
