IIRC, this means that you have a corrupted preset. If you saved the individual presets in your setlists (this is one reason why that's a good idea), you can try importing them 10 at a time till you narrow it down to the bad one, then delete it and continue.

I'm on 2.70, and I had no problem. All three files installed, separately AND all at once. Since 2.70 didn't add any amps, that should not matter.

What system are you on (MAC,PC)?

Are you using the version of HX EDIT that corresponds to your Helix FW (HX EDIT 2.60)?

What DL method are you using?

 

On PC:

In Customtone, click DOWNLOAD. In File Dialog, select folder to save to.

In HX EDIT, double click on the location where you want the tone. Select PRESETS, IMPORT. Navigate to the saved tone, select it, then click OPEN.

 

If you're still having trouble, you may need to backup your presets and setlists, then do a system reset (go to SUPPORT for details on all the reset options).
