TLF2007
It would be great if there was a sticky thread that is a simple repository of bullet points on how to use a Firmwares new features inbetween manual updates. I tried to use the 1 switch looper and while I figured it out, would have liked to be abel to quickly refer instructions to know what each color meant with the thing. Maybe it already does? silverhead
The info you seek is included in the release notes for each firmware update. You'll find it in the Downloads section of this website. For instance, the info about using the 1-switch Looper is included in the release notes for Helix firmware v2.6 when the looper was introduced. Line 6 releases an updated manual with each major firmware update, indicated by the first digit of the firmware version number. We can expect th next manual update to accompany firmware release v3.0. TLF2007
I realize they do this with the firmware releases (instructions) but if I want to go back to an interim firmware and find said instructions, where do I go? I didn’t think those old details were still up
silverhead
You can see the history of firmware releases in the Downloads section. The description of each firmware release contains the relevant interim documentation and instuctions, and you can view them all at the same time by scrolling down the page of firmware releases. Go to the Downloads section, select Helix in the Product field and select Flash Memory in the Software field. You will be presented with a page listing all Helix firmware releases in reverse chronological order.
