If you had both units, and you were talking about effects only patches, you could copy and paste blocks from the Stomp into the HX Effects using HX Edit. But if you're talking about patches that use amps and cab/IRs, the HX Effects doesn't have those blocks (well, it does have IR blocks, but no amps and cabs), so it wouldn't be possible to copy and paste those blocks.
