robinsjz Posted December 22, 2018 Share Posted December 22, 2018 I ordered a refurbished spider Jam amp from Line 6 and received it yesterday. The box was damaged and the amp will not turn on. I talked to a customer representative and he indicated that he would send me the information I need and an RMA to return the amplifier. 24 hours later I have not heard from Line 6.
