Using pedal, emulating a Whammy. I propose (ha!) to Line 6 a firmware update (ha!) to use "FUNCTION 2" button of FBV Shortboard MkII as a way to activate this octaver. psarkissian Posted January 10, 2019 Share Posted January 10, 2019 1) One of the FX knobs, when turned up, gives a tremolo or whammy. An FBV controlled whammy would be a bit of work. Maybe do'able. 2) Check the FBV compatibility chart in the Forum Knowledge Base for the pedal you are using. 3) Idea Scale is the place to submit ideas for features,... it's how the Helix products were created. I can't see the Whammy. Or octaver (I'm looking for some effect to play Morello's songs) 2) I have a couple of years my Line 6 gear, so I know what I'm talking about.
