mastodonrules Posted January 11, 2019 Share Posted January 11, 2019 I just got a brand new Helix and right out of the box when playing my audio will cut off for about .25-.5 of a second every few seconds. I've tried every output,input,changing cables etc. but it still happens. Luckily I purchased it through sweetwater and they are sending me another unit but I was wondering if issues like this are common and if I should get something different. Like anything electronic, there's always a chance of bad components and weird, isolated problems with particular units. I wouldn't worry about it. Get the replacement and rock on.
