FPSTech Posted April 3, 2019 Share Posted April 3, 2019 Hey guys just started experiencing with my HX Effects the bottom middle screen randomly goes blank? Its has little black dots on the screen. Fixed a couple times with factory resets but still goes blank. Preset and snapshot still work. Just screen is blank. Made two tickets and no response? Help!!! rvroberts Posted April 3, 2019 Share Posted April 3, 2019 I'd be taking it back instantly - assuming it's almost new and clearly faulty - it should be replaced on the spot if they got stock. Don't know where you are in the world - laws vary, but in most places failure on new goods is the responsibility of the shop - it's up to them to sort it with Line 6 not you.
