I own a Line 6 UX2 interface that has always worked well.
Now, from time to time, it has not been recognized, I have experimented with several computers, I have experimented with several USB cables, I have experimented with several programs and drivers and the result is always the same, the Line 6 UX2 is not recognized, the livel pointers to 36 when connected to USB.
This way I wonder if they have an idea to solve my problem.
Best regards,

And there must be more users as same problems, but Line 6 apparently has no answer for this case.
Attached is the answer that Line 6 gave me.

"Hi

-this looks like a hardware issue, if you tried with multiple computers, cables etc
-if you still can access the UX2 via Line6 Monkey try to reinstall the USB Firmware
but if it is not shown in Monkey there's not much you can do
-did you install the driver?
https://line6.com/software/readeula.html?rid=6501

after the installation is there an error message in the WIndows device manager?
if you get an error 39 message, it can be the activated Core Isolation in the Security system-preferences of Windows10
I set it to off as a test
-screenshot attached how to get there:
