sbereh
Lately, I've purchased a POD Studio GX. I've installed all software required, as written in the in the manual. But when I try to connect my guitar, the software does not recognize a signal, although the computer does recognize the POD itself. The cable works with a regular amplifier as well, so I really don't know what is wrong. I've notices that the color of the led is red, and not green, so I assume it indicates some problem. what can I do about it?
barnable21
the problem seems to be that Line6 products are garbage. Mine does the same, and many other people seem to be having the same problem. Hell, even the free recording stuff that came with it doesn't work! I knew this thing wasn't going to sound good, none of their stuff does. All I wanted was a cheap way to track riffs and ideas. Apparently that is too much to ask.
phil_m
What software are you using? You'll have to make sure you have the POD Studio set up as an audio input in that software, and then you'll have to insert a track and arm it to record from the POD Studio. Triryche
Also run the Monkey and confirm you have green ticks for everything.
bmpod
I have the same problem with my MAC. And to be quite frank THE SUPPORT SUCKS. Trying to find useful info is trying to find a needle in a haystack. All the stuff I try to pull up on the GX is all about other stuff. The pictures and manuals have nothing to do with the GX. Is it too much to ask that Mac be separate from windows as well? Line 6 seems to not want to spend any money on instruction for each of their products. They just slap some crap together and throw it out there.
diegoskyline
i`ve never have any problem with any line6 hardware or software, learn to use your hardware, and stop crying about it, and another thing, if the led is red, it means that the driver for the interface had not been istalled correctly, so try to install everything again and it should be fine,
