Ux1 Doesn't Show Up In License Manager

So I just got the UX1 with Podfarm 2.5 today and I've tried literally everything but nothing seems to make the UX1 show up in License manager for me to authorize it.

 

I can use it Podfarm and everything still, but it's extremely frustratuing as I won't be able to use the full version of Podfarm until I can authorize my UX1.

 

Any help would be great!

 

 

EDIT: Also, I'm a Mac user.

there seems to be alot of users with this issue, i suspect that the server on line6's side is having issues.

Hey, same problem for me! Everything seems authorised via Line 6 monkey and my account online, my mac is authorised as a device on license manager but when i open Pod farm 2.5 it says i can only use in trial mode because it has not been authorised. On license manager there is not an option to register Pod Farm so not sure what to do!

No problems today! My UX1 is working fine :D

I have same issue as a sumner . So annoying
