rufusb 0 Posted May 16, 2013 my pod has developed an unwanted, light distortion; even on completely "clean" settings. I gets worse and really unbearable when I add several effects. Doesn't happen everytime I use it. I have cleaned all connectors, checked cables, amp, and guitar; they're not the problem. Any suggestions? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Tmidiman 2 Posted May 18, 2013 My Pod X3 had this problem and it wound up being a cold solder joint with the input jack. I had to open the unit and re-solder the joints. I've had to do this several times. The unit is in a non-stress environment and that input jack is just plan crap.
