Line 6 monkey- usb firmware and flash memory

In line 6 monkey, I am getting the message under USB firmware and Flash Memory updates: "This item is installed, but it's version could not be determined."

Also, line 6 monkey says it's seeing my HD500x but after I try updating the above firmware and flash memory it says it could not detect connected device.

Also, when I update drivers it takes me through the whole process successfully but then Line 6 monkey under installed says, "No"

Btw, I have the latest version of Line 6 monkey installed.

Thanks for any help.

same here too.. anyone find a good answer on this?

there's nothing to fix because there is nothing broken.

each time it happens it is either user error, a temporary issue, or a random fluke.
