Line6 monkey fails to load driver 4.2.7.7

When I started PodHD500x Edit it told me that I needed to load a new driver in order to use my additional tone packs.  When I logged in and downloaded the new 4.2.7.7 driver it failed to load.   I am running current Windows 10 (v1809).  Line6 Updater does not help - it does not give me any devices in a list to update.  How do I get the drivers to load?

hi i solved the problem doing 2 special things.

1. in windows firewall. i choose add software and i add monkey from line 5 there. and hit ok.

then. i go to the line 6 folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Line6\Tools\Line 6 Monkey)

and i open Line 6 Monkey.exe but before make click i click with right clik on the mouse and run as administrator. 

then moneky will open

when monkey software is open. click on update driver and is ok .

now is working for me
