jakobleth 0 Posted July 11, 2019 I just bought a helix. I want to update the firmware from 2,3 to latest so i downloaded line 6 updater. The problem is i cannot select any devices when opening line 6 updater? Tried all USB ports on computer and reinstall updater reboot computer etc. Do you guys know where i might be doing it wrong? RikJ 3 Posted July 11, 2019 Even though the Installer supposedly installs the Helix driver sometimes Windows interprets it as something else. Go to the Helix downloads and download just the device driver and install that and see it works. I believe it's version 1.91. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
