It just shows up as a strip instead of a full window with just the presets showing. I can't expand the page. Does anyone else have this issue? silverhead Posted July 21, 2019 Share Posted July 21, 2019 Sounds to me like you are using an old and obsolete version of the editor - a program simply called Helix. What you want is the new editor - a program called HX Edit. The latest version of the editor is v2.80. If you don't already have it go to the downloads page and follow the instructions carefully to update everything related: The HX Edit program, the Line 6 driver, the Line 6 Updater program and the Helix device firmware.
