Double check all of your global settings... they get completely reset during the update. Also - make sure you do a reboot after the update is complete so the patches get rebuilt in the new format. Thanks The master volume knob can be set to control only one particular output, while the rest will remain at full blast regardless of the knob's physical position. It's a global setting.
