eldointheweeds
I was at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland today (sorry no Helix sightings). They have an interactive exhibit where you can try different guitars and organs. The sound comes from these plastic domes mounted in the ceiling with speakers on the inside. You can hear them very clearly when you stand directly under them, but when you move to the edge or out from under them, the sounds dissipates almost 100%. I was thinking these would be full for home use where you do not want to disturb others and do not want to use headphones. Anyone have or use one of these? http://www.browninnovations.com/sound-dome-directional-speakers

MariaMcKinsey
Hello, Thank you for noticing our Brown Innovations directional audio technology. We are installed in different industries all over the globe such as museums, schools, hospitals, restaurants, digital signage and kiosks. The Dome is just one of our many products. They have been used in some homes as well as high rise balconies, however they are mainly for use in the public/commercial sector.
