feelandlove Posted October 17, 2019 Share Posted October 17, 2019 I can't get the sonicport input signal after the iPhone ios 13.1.3 upgrade. The model is the iPhone XS. It worked well before the upgrade. Other iPads without upgrade work well. Why??? I think it's mobile pod compatibility. What should I do in a situation like this way? brussell1 Posted November 28, 2019 Share Posted November 28, 2019 Having the same issues with Sonic Port after the iOS upgrade/s. Worked fine prior to and I can get the Mobile Pod software to recognize the device on my iPad Pro (9.7) but no sound/output and can't fully determine if I have any actual signal in. brussell1 Posted December 31, 2019 Share Posted December 31, 2019 There was an updated reply from Line 6 in the Knowledge base (12/20/19) that acknowledges the issue still persists and that Apple is supposedly addressing the fix in an upcoming update.
