Best way to connect Helix to IEM?

I want to use an IEM wireless system at home for practice so I 'd be grateful if someone could help with the routing. What is the best way to do that? A stereo 1/4 cable from the Stomp headphone out to the transmitter? Or maybe an XLR? The transmitter has mono and stereo modes and 2 combo 1/4 - XLR ins. NOTE: my patches are mono (no stereo delays etc).

Gotcha... then I would guess it probably depends on your exact IEM and how you want to use them.  If it has its own volume control, then connect to a regular output set to unity, then control volume from your IEM.  If you want to control the volume from helix, then connect to phones and program the big knob to control it.  Not sure the cables matter  if you are not using mono anyway.
