Hardware / UI test Mode ?
I heard about Helix floor can use Hardware / ui test Mode by hold FS4 & FS5
but for HX STOMP / EFFECTS / RACK its can access Hardware test or not ?

Not sure where you got the info about FS4 & 5, but it is wrong - that is not a valid combination.
If you meant FS3 & 4 “Test Mode” that is only available on the Floor and LT models.
