gagry
Hey, I recently bought a UX2 and I'm having a problem with it. When plugging in the headphones (with an adapter) I can't hear anything unless they're about 3/4 of the way in, and even then, the sound is awful. Sorry for asking something other people have already asked, I found other threads asking the same question, but never an answer. Also, does anyone have any advice on what setting to use on PODfarm if I'm mostly doing voiceover? Thanks in advance.
fflbrgst
Sounds like the adapter is at fault for the headphones. Get a different one. Voiceover work, typically you would want to use EQ (to match your voice and the recording space) and some compression.
gagry
I tried getting a new adapter but I'm having the same problem. anything else I could try?
vanilla
Maybe this is similar to what you experienced or not... but, left side sound went out on my ux1 twice within a matter of a couple hours and i had to restart my win10 pc to resolve the issue. then and now i can't record 96k audio in cubase, only 44.1. after 190 songs recorded in 64/96 with my pod studio ux1 and cubase 9.5.50..
