HX Stomp as an Amp Sim?..

Hello everybody. I’m looking into purchasing an HX Stomp, but I’m curious about if a function is possible. Is the stomp capable of performing as an amp modeler at the end of a pedalboard, only using the amp patches and running all of my pedals into it, so I could listen in headphones to the « amp » with all of my real effects shaping the tone? I hope you respond, because I’m confused on whether or not I’d need to keep effects in the blocks of the stomp, meaning my pedals would be useless. Thank you for answers hopefully!!!

Additionally, the HX Stomp can be used as your Audio Interface between your Guitar and your computer. The free Helix Edit software can control run and control the HX Stomp. And, should you feel you wish to use a DAW or VST Host, your purchase of HX Stomp entitles you to buy Helix Native for as little as $69 USD when it's on 30% Off Sale. So, you could use your Guitar -> HX Stomp -> Headphones. Either with or without Helix Edit on your computer. Helix Native would be for tracking, reamping, exploring Amps. Cabs, and FX on pre-recorded tracks, etc. beyond the capabilities of the HX Stomps on board Looper. Hope this gives you more insights....

Yes you can. That's the reason I just went to the HX Stomp on my pedalboard. I set up my presets with an amp model turned off -- I generally use the Twin Reverb model. I normally run my pedalboard into a Deluxe or Princeton reverb amp. If I want to go direct, I use the same presets with the amp model turned on. I've kicked all other pedals off  but overdrives but I'm finding that the stomp can handle that duty as well and am incorporating those into my presets. I'm running one path to a guitar amp for electric guitar and another path for acoustic instruments to an acoustic amp or monitor -- using the Stomp for both.   It can handle that routing with no problem. It is quite amazing actually.
