zijvin Posted January 23, 2020 Share Posted January 23, 2020 Hola tengo una consulta para ustedes, soy nuevo en esto, hace unos días me compre mi Helix Floor, entonces quise actualizarla, porque la versión era 1.06.5, y no tenía la opción para utilizar snapshot, hice todos los pasos descargue la ultima versión 2.82 cuando intente conectar mi pedalera a mi laptop, esta la reconoció pero cuando abrí el hx edit salía esto (adjuntare foto) entonces, leí que podía ser el cable (pero fue raro porque mi laptop si reconocía el procesador cuando la conectaba) utilicé 3 cables distintos y salía el mismo error, quizá cometí un error no lo se, soy nuevo, pero si alguno de ustedes podría ayudarme, se lo agradecería, muchas gracias! He tenido problemas al usar cables más largos, así que quédese con el cable original si no está dañado. Si eso no funciona, desinstale HX Edit y vuelva a instalar el software nuevamente.
