On board looper

No. The POD Go looper (like all Line 6 loopers in multi-FX processors) has no concept of timing, tempo, or beats. It simply records the incoming signal from the moment you press the Record switch to the moment you press Stop.

Have you read the manual sections about using the Looper? After doing that and experimenting with it you can then ask more specific questions if you’re having difficulty.

Here’s the basic operations...

- add the looper to your signal chain

- step on the switch to start recording

- step on the switch to stop recording

Couldn't say it better myself

If it helps for someone new to the Line 6 topography you add the looper just like any other block and when you click the switch associated with that block the looper parameters pop up on your screen, like with the 6 button rec/overdub, stop/play, once, rev/half time, etc.

It makes sense once you pull it up.

I found the looper but the playback is not continuously; there is pause between the end and beginning of the loop... any suggestions?

That all has to do with the timing of when you start and stop the loop. There’s no other external timing going on, so it probably just means your timing is a bit off.

Im hving same issue withnlad and extra space and loop not continuous. Ive tried to hit stiop at sevral points and it just deosnt loop without creating a gap. Thoughts?

@scottsteers as described above, the issue is likely the timing of your footswitch presses. You need to be very precise. Only YOU know the tempo; the looper does not. You need to be playing, in tempo, continuously through the Start and Stop switch presses. Don't try to start playing the instant you press the Start switch, nor Stop playing the instant you hit the Stop switch. Hit those switches while repeatedly playing the looped section.
