Newfieboy64 Posted February 19, 2020 Share Posted February 19, 2020 Purchased a new Spider V 30 and I can not get the Spider V Remote to run at all. Installed, Activated and Updated everything. Reinstalled, changed settings tried to run as administrator. Windows 10 PC. The amp connects and is recognized by the computer and I am pretty computer savvy so I even tried a few things on my own but with no success. This is a deal breaker. I bought this so I wouldn't have to twiddle with knobs and press buttons :( Several of the answers I found brought me to places where the next step was not an available option to me, which seems to happen to me a lot for some reason! Bert_Peters Posted February 21, 2020 Share Posted February 21, 2020 I have this problem on a HP laptop from my son, spider remote 2.0 is not working can not find a work around it. Version 1.03 though is working, the only thing your missing here is finding tone in the cloud. Can't figure out why 1.03 is working and 2.0 is not, very annoying.
