b3co0l Posted March 5, 2020 Share Posted March 5, 2020 My updater can't see the HELIX device. I have Win 10 PC. When I insert usb cable,windows gives a sound and when I check task menager I see the device with yellow sign with ! so is a problem. I suppose it is why my line 6 updater (1.18) can't see HELIX.
