HD500 doesn´t start

Hi from Argentina.

I´ve been using my HD500 since 2017 without any problem

Last week something happened: I plugged the power unit and the HD 500 kept staying in the "line 6" logo and reset.

I can open the calibration menu and the flash update, but nothing else. I cannot even connect via USB to my laptop.

Is there any solution.

Thanks and sorry for my poor english.

try holding the left arrow on power up. This will reset global variables. Usually clears it up.

Tried this and didn´t work.

I cannot even connect the hd500 via USB to my laptop because I cant update the drivers.

I´ve got the original power supply.

they go bad. it is good that you have the original. but things break.

when buying a replacement, you don't want a $10 chinese knockoff.

The Monkey application can be used to update several Line6 products for some of which you can also use the MIDI connection to do the flashing (that's why the sentence you highlighted in the above pic says that you can use also the MIDI cable), unfortunately the HD series is not among those, and can only be updated via USB.
