With Monkey software, I powered on into safe mode and updated usb driver and the device is recognized by usb with the correct device name, and ESN, but the firmware version installed is unknown. If I power on the device normally (no safe mode), it turns on and off continuously and it is impossible to do anything. I am using a pc with windows 10, there is any chance to install a firmware? I know that te device is old, but I think that is died yet. The device after my reset is working, I only have this problem. Could you help me please? daveny5 Posted April 1, 2020 Share Posted April 1, 2020 The Driver version should be 4.2.7.7 USB Firmware should be 1.12 Flash Memory should be 3.01 If those are correct, try this: From Line6: Try the Edit Buffer Initialization with the following steps: 1. Turn off the POD 2. Turn on the POD while holding down the Save and Edit buttons simultaneously 3. The POD's LCD screen should display Init Edit Buffer 4. Push the Output mode button 5. Turn the Select / Select Page knob one click to the right 6. Turn the Effect Tweak / Change Value knob to the left or right adjusting the contrast.
