axcuze Posted February 2, 2014 Share Posted February 2, 2014 ive pod 2.0 and like to use as home recording......but it doesn't show up in cubase under device setup.....i'm confused does pod 2.0 work as sound card or do i need to buy extra sound card???.....i've even installed pod farm....and checked my midi in -out cable ....seems like everything alrite....except it doesn't show up in cubase......plz help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mr_Arkadin Posted February 2, 2014 Share Posted February 2, 2014 No you cannot use it as a soundcard as it has no way to interface audio to a computer (MIDI does not transmit audio). If you want to record then you'll have to connect the outputs to your computer's soundcard input. Which leads you will need will depend on your set-up (which I obviously don't know).
