Helix Phantom Power

Hello

I'm trying to record in my DAW (Reaper) using a Helix Rack.  The manual says the Helix has the option to use mics that require phantom power but I cant figure out how to turn the 48v on.  I have signal in the DAW using a dynamic but thats it.  My input has been switched to Mic (as opposed to Multi).

All I can find in the manual is...

[ Mic In 48V Phantom When on, Helix provides 48V from the XLR Mic In jack to power studio condenser microphones. ]

Any suggestions???
