No way, the built in speakers or external speakers which are connected directly to the PC can work only with the signal coming form the computer built in audio interface.. It's open, but there seems to be no input signal The input source of the used track needs to be selected, and probably the track needs to be armed for recording, and maybe you have to enable also the track monitoring if it isn't already..
