Any speaker must be connected directly to the output of the audio interface currently in use and which therefore provides the signal, in this case your Toneport GX.

Yes

So there's no way that the sound of the GX goes via PC en from then on to the speakers?

No way, the built in speakers or external speakers which are connected directly to the PC can work only with the signal coming form the computer built in audio interface..

So, you need external speakers, and those speakers must be connected to your external audio interface Toneport GX since it is currently used as the AI

But now i inserted Pod Farm into Cubase, but it doesn't work there. It's open, but there seems to be no input signal

The input source of the used track needs to be selected, and probably the track needs to be armed for recording, and maybe you have to enable also the track monitoring if it isn't already..

I suggest to give at least one read to the manual of your DAW in order to learn the basic operations.
