KeithO47
Line 6 Device Factory Reset Procedures incorrectly states that in order to reset Spider V 20 hold down FX2 and FX3 buttons while powering on, then press and release 'save' while the amp is turned on. This is totally incorrect! If you wish to reload the factory presets, this can be performed by turning on the amp and pressing and holding the FX2 and FX3 button and then pressing the save button (the unit will soft reboot). :
Satucardo
Hi Keith, how you know if you do it correctly? Does it make a sound or something similar? Thanks! Mike

So when I hold the FX2 AND FX3 while powering on. WHen I press and release the save button, should I still be holding down the FX2 and FX3? Or do I release them once the amp is on, then press the save and release? Thanks!
Nutso2021
All of the above is not completely correct. The way you actually factory reset one of these is you hold down FX2 and FX3 then SAVE, then you switch off the Amp, then switch it back on. Its worked for me, because its fixed a muffling problem. 1
