N_Konstantinov Posted June 15, 2020 Share Posted June 15, 2020 My Spider IV 15 is not working. suddenly all gone down. when i turn it on there is no sound and no lights on amp modes. iv tryed reseting it but still not works. psarkissian Posted June 15, 2020 Share Posted June 15, 2020 There are multiple reasons for that. -Supply regulation failure would be fatal failure of the amp. -Digital clock failure,... in the digital world, nothing happens without a clock. Maybe,... maybe repairable. -Processor failure, fatal failure of the amp. -Some internal loose contact. Maybe,... maybe repairable. psarkissian Posted June 16, 2020 Share Posted June 16, 2020 fflbrgst,... yes, not usually field serviceable. But sometimes they can be. I specified the fatal failures and the maybe's. Yes, typically not cost effective to repair. Easier to just replace it. Especially these days, as parts are scarce, if at all. It's already a ten year old product.
