There are multiple reasons for that.

-Supply regulation failure would be fatal failure of the amp.

-Digital clock failure,... in the digital world, nothing happens without a clock. Maybe,... maybe repairable.

-Processor failure, fatal failure of the amp.

-Some internal loose contact. Maybe,... maybe repairable.

 

Would need to be taken to a Line 6 authorized service center for evaluation and troubleshooting.

fflbrgst,... yes, not usually field serviceable. But sometimes they can be. I specified the fatal failures and the maybe's.

Yes, typically not cost effective to repair. Easier to just replace it. Especially these days, as parts are scarce, if at all.

It's already a ten year old product.
