feos234
Can I activate an effect just while I'm holding the footswitch down? Not sure what that feature would be called. Cheers
C4TH
Yes. Go to command centre, select the footswitch you wish to set, then select (with the 3rd knob), latch or momentary. You want to select momentary.
feos234
Hi and thanks, Hmm, there is no option on the 3rd knob at this point. Only knob 1 which has 'none / command'

Only knob 1 which has 'none / command' You don't need to go to the Command Center. On the unit itself, hit the Menu button and hit the footswitch to go to Signal Flow View. Once there, navigate to the effect you want to change to momentary. In the scribble strip above FS2, you'll see it says, "Move Block", "Path" and "Switch" (the Switch parameter is where you can manually select what footswitch you want to assign the effect to). Hit the > button to go to the next page of parameters. Below knob 1, you'll see the Type parameter where you can select Latching or Momentary. You want to select Momentary to do what you're describing in the first post.
