Jburch88 Posted July 5, 2020 Share Posted July 5, 2020 Just purchased a used spider 4 150 watt head with the 4x12 cabinet. The sound only works through headphone jack. psarkissian Posted July 6, 2020 Share Posted July 6, 2020 1) Either there's a problem with the jack as it cuts off the speakers when the headphones or connection to recorder input is plugged in. 2) The power amp output IC's are damaged which also affects the speaker mute for headphone/recorder mode.
