Controlling Strymon Iridium with HX effects

I would love to use the HX effects to control the parameters of the Iridium. Example: have a clean and then a overdriven sound(which is controlled via MIDI) I contacted Strymon on this and they said it would have to be controlled via MIDI CC. Would anyone know how to do this? I have been trying to wrap my head around this and can't :( I have all the necessary cables to make it happen.

Thanks in advance!

I don't own an HX FX but a quick look at the manual seems to suggest it doesn't generate CC messages.

You would need to control both the HX and the Irridium with an external MIDI device from what I can see.

Edit: The Irridium is awesome BTW, I love mine.

Look in the manual at the Command Center options. Page 35.

That shows you how to send MIDI CC settings.

For the iridium you would need a cable that converts the 5 pin midi to a TRS plug. strymon sell one, and it sounds like you've got one.

Helix and HX Effects have command center

HX Stomp does not as far as I know.
