Had my helix about a year and ahalf, downloaded many patches and have loved it! So just the other night it just went silent and i've checked the cable from guitar to the helix, the cable to the amp from the helix, and volumn knobs, pedals etc... Please can someone help? I advise that you check that you are actually getting a signal from your guitar into your Helix and then that the signal Is getting as far is the output. Add a compressor block to see if the meters react on that. After that it will be a process of elimination as to where the signal is going, does it come through to the XLRs or from the USB for example.
