heycisco1 Posted September 1, 2020 Share Posted September 1, 2020 Hi all I am trying to decide whether to buy Powercab 112 or 112 Plus (...or Headrush 108 or 112...). Can Pod GO control Line 6 112 Plus speaker by MIDI in the same way that Helix can? I mean - can I set Pod GO to control the Powercab Plus speakers? I understand that Line 6 POD GO has a basic MIDI over USB functionality but I cannot find a straightforward answer to this question anywhere. Thank you for your help. phil_m Posted September 1, 2020 Share Posted September 1, 2020 Well, the POD Go doesn’t have MIDI din jacks, so you’d need to have some way to get the MIDI from the POD Go’s USB output to the Powercab. If you had a USB MIDI host, like this: https://www.disasterareaamps.com/shop/micro-ghost, you could recall a Powercab preset along with every POD Go preset. The POD Go can send the PC associated with each preset when you recall that preset, but that’s about the extent of its MIDI control capabilities. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
