CLOUD HELP. cant find any tones at all.....

i was on wifi and searched for tones to no avail.  I switched to my network (at&t) and searched and still nothing.  MY tones favorites and firehawk 1500 all come up but nothing on the cloud...did they shut it down?

You should sign out of the app and sign back in again, that fixes the problem for me. This happens occasionally, but the cloud service is up and running.

 Thanks for the update and quick reply. I'll be sure to keep an eye on this thread. Looking for the same issue. Bumped into your thread. Thanks for creating it. Looking forward for solution.
