vjvesa
When Hx Stomp is plugged in Macbook Pro via USB I'll get a notice "USB devices disabled - unplug the device using too much power to re-enable USB devices". I reset SMC and PRAM, tried different USB cables, updated OSX, but nothing makes a different. The stomp worked fine with Macbook and I have no idea what is causing this. Other USB devices are working fine. Any ideas how to solve this?
lou-kash
MacOS version? Latest Stomp firmware installed? Latest HX Edit installed? Helix USB drivers installed? (Questions, questions, questions…)

lou-kash
Meanwhile, elsewhere in other threads it's been confirmed that the Stomp is very picky about USB cables. Some will lose connection, others won't work at all. The longer the cable, the worse. (I guess the best is to blame the USB consortium and their, uh… "standards", for consistently being a total chaos club, to the present day…)
