Schmalle Posted October 21, 2020 Share Posted October 21, 2020 Helix is a USB sound device aka sound card. It's headphone jack doesn't support mic in from headsets. On Windows 10 click on the volume icon on the right side of the task bar. Click on the arrow on the right top to select the audio device. Thurston9 Posted October 24, 2020 Author Share Posted October 24, 2020 I should have mentioned, my gaming headset is plugged into PC USB port directly and is selected as the audio device like you mentioned.
