I get your point, but i'm far from the only one that makes these comments and I dont do it frequently, if ever at all. usually try to be constructive. but as many people that were whining for it the update to drop yesterday and then the pile of threads of people not following the instructions is hilarious. lol. It's not arrogance. Unreasonable expectation maybe, but it's not arrogant to think that if someone can find the forum, create an account, and post a question that they would also be entirely capable of Googling the question or searching the forum.
